Installing ME after formatting

having searched the forum for an answer I am still stumped. My neighbor gave me
an old computer with XP on it, I decided to format the HD and install ME. I managed
to figure out how to format the HD searching this forum for info but now I am stuck
at how to install ME. What do I do?
