Most common probabilities are an infection or something was installed with or without
your knowledge. Most often, you need to go to a malware site where they will have
you run some detection processes to see if you have "caught" something. "Cleaning
your memory space" can mean many things, most of them will be useless so you have
to be careful or you will be downloading and installing malware. What exactly is
the error? There are many similar possibilities so need the exact error message.
