WINHOHM.EXE (WINHOHM - What is it???) (Windows ME)

I have Windows ME.
I got an unusual error never seen before:
WINHOHM has caused an error in WINHOHM.EXE
WINHOHM will now shut down.
Has anyone ever heard of this??? I've searched
everywhere and there is absolutely NO information
for this anywhere!!! I did a virus scan and found 5
similar .exe's in my C:\ folder:
SYSBXLL.EXE
SYSTNTT.EXE
SYSHAUB.EXE
WINIOAB.EXE
WINSHOW.EXE
These were grouped together along with the
WINHOHM.EXE but the virus scan did not detect
the WINHOHM.EXE and I am very concerned because
my computer has been acting really odd lately and I
think it's because of this unknown. Someone PLEASE
help me identify this as soon as possible. Thank You!
