Hi Keith, I looked where you said to look and under Updates it says 0. And when
I click on it, it doesn't do anything. Does that mean I already have the service
pack then? The guy that redid my computer installed 6 because I had 5 before and
I did try to install 6 with the service pack but it kept messing up and wouldn't
install. I really appreciate your help. If you can think of anything else let me
know. This is driving me crazy. lol....short drive it is though. lol....
