I think I may have found the blip when it crashes on one web site. I had a read of
dw.log, the Windows log file it makes when errors occur and it said.
Application Failure iexplore.exe 6.0.2800.1106 in flash.ocx 7.0.14.0 at offset
00032e33
Microsoft Internet Explorer
25 times it said this. So I downloaded Flash Player 9.0.115.0 (IE).exe and
it appears to have fixed it at the moment.
This site uses a Shockwave movie in its heading.
