Windows ME doesn't really do a good job at making and Burning DVD Videos. I don't
know of any freeware, but a few Applications I use that are not free won't even install
on ME or Win 98. DVD Video Formats create a File bigger then 4 Gigs, and Fat 32
File system can not handle Files that large.
