Open the "C:\Program Files" directory, and find in it the sub-directory in which
you installed the program that you want to remove. This will probably be the latest
sub-directory by date, so click on the date column (headed "Modified") to sort the
sub-directories by date.
That sub-directory will normally include an uninstall file. You can double-click
it to start the uninstall process manually. This type of file usually has
a name something like UNWISE.exe or UNINS000.exe (or some such).
If the above suggestion doesn't work, try installing the program again, and then
trying again to uninstall it (using the "Add/Remove Program" function). A re-install
might cure whatever fault in the original installation has initially prevented you
from uninstalling.
If the above suggestions don't work, you could manually delete the sub-directory
of "C:\Program Files" which contains the program you wish to remove, then manually
delete the shortcuts to that program, then clean your Windows Registry (to remove
the references to that program) using a registry cleaner such as Registry Clean Expert.
