Hi Darrell.
They will all be lost so backup or burn to CD all your important files first. Thats
because WinXP normally uses the NTFS file system whereas WinME uses FAT32. But if
your drive at the moment is FAT32 then you will be asked if you want to format NTFS
or FAT32 either way you will loose all your current files.
The other thing that you'll have to watch is the drivers for your additional hardware
e.g. sound card, graphics card, printer, scanner etc may not be supported in WinXP.
Visit the manufacturers web sites to see if your hardware is compatable with WinXP
and do they do updated drivers.
