Along with what has been posted, it all depends on your FSB/memory speed which is 
at it's lowest right now.  FSB can be a big bottle neck no matter how fast the processor 
is.  If you have 66 memory, you will need faster memory to raise the FSB speed (and 
to match whatever CPU you get), otherwise you won't gain much for the expendature, 
because none of those parts have been in production for a long time (the memory may 
be more expensive than the CPU)..  Used parts will be all you can find at this point 
unless it is NOS (New Old Stock)..  Can you say E-B-A-_Y??   ;-)  And that's always 
buyer beware.  You may get good parts, and you may not..
