and try reinstalling it and plus turn off all add ons and active x things and plus 
turn all crap off in msconfig that may be conficly with it
plus turn useless stuff in msconfig
ONLY IN THE START UP THING AND THE ENVIRONMENT THING
if you dont know what it is then dont touch it ok
