Steve my delay in responding is valid. You may have
noticed that "ancien" got involved in helping me. He
wrote on Mon just as you did and told me that Trend
Micro UK was allowing my machine to get free scan.
I went there immediately and it worked! However,
as I just wrote ancien a while ago, my impatience got the best of me and I did not
allow the scan to
go completely to an end, giving me a prompt to save
a log. I do however have a log of the previous scan
that I ran just days ago, I have just made sure I still
have it, and I do. So basically this log is essentially
the same as one that I would have gotten if I waited
for the end of the scan today. I know that the third
step of the scan which is the last before it ends, is the
one where all the files are being assembled and the
infections deleted and such, I will however, run another scan later in the week.
Try UK Steve now that you can no longer use Panda
Active Scan . I have the names and file
name of the infections that were detected in my
computer, both are the same as my previous scans
If you have time, I will give you the names and file
so you can walk me on how to retrieve these files
and delete them. That is the only way I can get rid
of them...They are harmless but nonetheless it
would be great to get rid of them. Steve thanks for
all the help I have gotten from you now and in the
past. Thanks
