Hi Shirley.

Well I presume your printer can print any other type of file apart from an email?

Which version of IE are you using with service pack number? Check Help\About.

What app do you use to access your emails?

If its IE6.0 then I would recommend you download IE6.0 SP1. I never had problems 
printing OE6.0 emails but I had a few errors running the web browser.
