I have a comment about Go
Directly to Device Manager:
In Win95/98/ME (probably all versions, but these three for certain), you can get
to the Device Manager by holding down the ALT key and double-clicking on MyComputer
(or whatever
you've renamed it). This brings up the System Properties menu, which is only
one Tab Click away from the Device Manager. I use this shortcut all the time, for instance
to rescan the SCSI bus.
