Question about 'Hide all Icons on the Desktop' Tuesday, October 23, 2001 at 6:41 am Windows Me Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by patrick porter (1 messages posted) I have a question about Hide all Icons on the Desktop: Ok, I edit NoDesktop to have a value of 1. I then refresh my desktop & all icons disappear. When I restart my computer,however, All of the icons are in place again. I check the reg key and it still contains a 1 value. If I refresh the desktop any time after I restart, the icons disappear. I want my desktop blank. Is there a batch file that could be run to reset my desktop?
