Umm, this doesn't werk fer Win Me, it just makes the blocks behind the text white.
I downloaded Microangelo (It's fer making and changing icons) You can get it at http://www.impactsoftware.com/muangelo/muangelo.htm
if yer interested.
It has this program called a library and it allows you to search directories on your
computer for Icons and allows to see icons that are built into applications, then
lets you right click on the icon you like and save it as a .ICO so it's much easier
to find if you want to change an icon fer somthin. I searched my whole computer fer
icons and found a lot of cooler icons that Windows never uses, I don't know why,
they came with Windows. It has a tool you can use that actually makes the color blocks
transparent on the desktop, it also lets you change the icons in the start menu,
and for individual folders, and also makes it simple to change icons fer drive icons
and the control panel in my computer. It's a 21 day evaluation and it costs 60$ after
that, but I think you can just uninstall it and reinstall it to begin again. havn't
bought it yet but am thinking about it. I don't think they should be charging so
much for it but it's cool if you hate the appearence of standard Win Me. It's not
3rd party software either, I think you can actually buy this in stores. Anyway, just
releaved my computer doesn't look so boring anymore. :)
