I have a question about Turn Off the Low Disk Space Warning:

I keep getting a Resource Monitor has detected problems window popping up and can't get rid of it! It says "Some of your computer resources are geting low. We recommend closing unused applications or setting your specified warning threshold lower by clicking properties." First problem is when I click on properties nothing happens and the second problem is there are no other applications running. This window pops up all the time no matter what I'm doing or where I am and it is annoying. HELP what do I deo to get rid of this proplem?
