Question about 'What to do about error messages during Windows startup'

I have a question about What
to do about error messages during Windows startup:
On startup, I get the following 2 messages:
A required .DLL file, TSAD.DLL, was not found, and,
A required .DLL file, D32-FW.DLL, was not found
What do I do about these?
