Question about 'What to Throw Away'

I read that it is possible to delete the "Uninstall" data, but I would like to know
if I can delete the uninstallation junk left behind by IE? There is a folder in
explorer called Uninstallation, but I am not sure if it is safe to delete. Not sure
where this "tune up wizard" is either ?????? Is that the "Maintainance Wizard" in
ME?
