blue screen appears during browsing

I have annoying problem which happens while I'm browsing the net. It happens randomly
in the middle of page download. I get a blue screen with following massage: "an exeption
0e has occured at 0028: c29e622c in vxd---. this was called from 0028: c1835d46 in
vxd---. it may be possible to continue normally." But it is never possible to continue
normally. After this massage,my explorer is not able to download anything, and I
have to restart my computer. Can anyone please help me to resolve this problem?
