Question about 'Share an Internet Connection' Tuesday, September 3, 2002 at 3:06 pm Windows Me Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Jeff Marksz (2 messages posted) I have a question about Share an Internet Connection: I've just finished a nightmare installation of a home network (2 ME machines with crossover). The only way I could get it networked was my setting static IP addresses on the 2 computers. Then came the internet sharing. MS home networking would not configure internet sharing (USB broadband connection). So, I've had to use Winproxy...which I'll have to purchase after the initial trial. Highly annoying. Do these problems sound familiar to anyone and has anyone found a way to get ICS working in that situation?
