Question about 'How do I install, remove, or re-install one of the components that came with Windows?'

How do I Install, remove, and/or re-install one of the components like; one single programmme, or one particular 'DLL' file, that came with Windows Me. 'Windows Me' as a whole is only listed in the 'Add/Remove Programs'. Components / Programs contained in 'Me'; like 'Windows Media Player', 'Internet Explorer' etc are individually or separately not listed there.
