I have a question about Why are some entries missing from the Start Menu?:

Why is the "Favorites" drop-down link missing frommy start menu? I hit Start at bottom left but when the menu is displayed "Favorites" is missing. It shows up on the Start menus of the other users's desktops on this pc. Why isn't it displayed on mine?
