I have a question about Use Dial-Up Networking over a LAN:

I am currently attempting to set up my Windows ME computer with a Windows 98 computer for internet sharing. I have a ADSL modem which allocates IP addresses automatically and has a USB connection. I am using a switch to connect the 2 computers and the modem connects to the USB port in the windows ME computer. Do I need a software program to be able to set up the 2 computers for internet sharing?or can the switch be able to do the job. Does the second computer need to be allocated a static IP address? Any help would be appreciated. regards
