I have a question about Do
I still need CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT?:

I am interested in removing or renaming AUTOEXEC.BAT to increase operating speed of Windows programs in Windows ME. However, I noticed that there there are two AUTOEXEC.BAT on my system. AUTOEXEC.BAT File and an AUTOEXEC.BAT relating to MS-DOS Batch File. Is it safe to remove or rename both of them? Or does it even matter? If someone could offer some guidance regarding this matter it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Have a great day. caktus
