System Resources % free drops...

My system resources free % keeps dropping the longer I use the computer. DELL told
me my OS was corrupt so I have re-installed Windows ME successfully, but still have
the problem. Any suggestions? I don't think this is a typical problem with Windows
ME since it just started recently (since I downloaded an upgrade to NAV, which should
be totally unrelated, right?). Help please. I did uninstall/reinstall NAV too,
by the way.
