Those zipped CAB files would be taking up a lot of space, and may be your OS install
files. However, reinstalling won't resolve your devices problem.
Which devices are listed more than once? You can tell what they're related to, by
which listing they're under. You need to remove some of those and reboot. Those can
cause problems, just the same as having duplicates. You may not need to reinstall,
just take care of those device issues.
If you don't understand what you're doing, I suggest getting a knowledgeable aquaintance
to help. This gets too difficult and time consuming walking someone through all these
problems. We can't see the situation, so hands on would be better in your situation.
You must know that File - Save as is how you save a document when you make a change.
