How do you delete duplicate entries under Startup tab in msconfig?

In the System Configuration Utility (msconfig) under the Startup tab, duplicate entries
exist. How does one delete/remove these duplicates, and which one is to remain (the
first or last)? NOTE: Clicking the "Clean" button does not remove the duplicates.

Just uncheck them. If they still appear then they have to run (Windows files)

Go to www.find.pcworld.com/31664. Once you've installed and launched "Starter",
click the Options icon, check MSConfig compatibility, and click OK. Now right-click
any program you want to remove, select "Delete", then "OK". This comes out of Jan.
2003 PC World, page 166, titled "Better MSCONFIG Cleaner".
