Problems with Trayclnt and Orec 32 files

When I enter the internet, there are two files that open - Trayclnt and Orec32. They stop responding. If I ctrl-alt-dlt, they end task and I continue where the responding stopped. I don't seem to loose anything, but I don't know what damage, if any, I am doing to the files. What does these files do and do I need to repair them?

Just type in the name of the file follower by a period and an asterisk for wildcard character search ( example -- Trayclnt.*). It should indicate which folder the file resides. It may be in the Windows/System directory or within a program folder for some application you have installed. Hope this advice helps! Sincerely, Stephen Stoffer sstoffer@iserv.net

Stephen, Thank you for your response. The Trayclnt file is in the MSNIA folder and the Orec32 file is in the Windows\Programs\Pspy folder. What does these files do and can i remove them so the will stop responding?

Janine, The orec32 program is part of the pspy product from Original Programs/XNET Solutions. Each time you start your computer it will create several log files in the pspy folder, which will capture key strokes, web pages visited, etc., which can then be accessed by whoever installed it on your computer. You can delete these files each tme you log on, or moving the entire pspy folder to the trash also seems to work.
