Question about 'Set Defaults in Explorer'

My copy of windows ME doesn't remember the window size after I exit. When I reopen a window it is only about one third of the screen size. I have had a few responces with ideas but nothing has worked yet. It seems to me the problem lies in the regestry settings but I don't know were to look. This is a very frustrating problem.

Hi Perry, See if this works: Right click Start>Explore. In the Explorer menu select Tools>Folder Options. Click on the View Tab, scroll down to Remember each folder's view settings and check the box. Press Apply>OK. Regards, Ron
