Question about 'Turn Off the Low Disk Space Warning'

I have a question about Turn
Off the Low Disk Space Warning:
I keep getting a Resource Monitor has detected problems window popping up and can't
get rid of it!
It says "Some of your computer resources are geting low. We recommend closing unused
applications or setting your specified warning threshold lower by clicking properties."
First problem is when I click on properties nothing happens and the second problem
is there are no other applications running. This window pops up all the time no matter
what I'm doing or where I am and it is annoying.
HELP what do I deo to get rid of this proplem?

You may have a bunch of programs loading at startup. A quick way to check this is
to hit CTRL-ALT-DEL ONCE and look in the list that comes up. If there are more
than, say, 10 items, it's likely this is where your resource problem is coming from.
These are programs that run at startup and stay loaded. You can find a list of
common startup programs and which are safe to disable here:

It's also possible you are depleting your system resources by opening and closing
a lot of windows, for example Internet Explorer. Each time open a window, a certain
amount of system resources is reserved, and very few programs actually release all
their resources when they close. There are utilities out there that claim to solve
this problem, but I don't think it will ever really go away.

GO to run;type in msconfg/uncheck all programs running ecxept systemtray and explore.
Reboot and check your performance.add back one at a time untill u see a marked perf.
loss. Also bring screen resoultion down to true colors or 256. This makes a big diff,
