I have a question about What to do about error messages during Windows startup:

When I try to start windows (both normal and safe mode) I have a blue screen saying something about the OD and 057F:00000CDC (it's a Japanese version and I don't know exactly the term in English). I can only work from prompt mode. Does somebody have any hint to solve the problem?
