I have a question about Get
Rid of Irritating Splash Screens:
How do you get rid of the annoying ICQ loading screen that sits in the middle of
your screen over the top of everything while it loads ICQ 2002a?

make shortcut,then in properties look at target box, at the end type -nosplash after
a space

I would like to have to get rid of ICQ that pops up on my computer
