You will have to contact PitneyWorks on this one as few people here would have
experiance with that software. They have an online support site at http://pitneyworks.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/pitneyworks.cfg/php/enduser/ask.php
that may be able to help you. They would be aware of any conflicts their
program has with Windows ME. I would suggest you download the update again and try
installing it a second time. I would also suggest you check for any virus with
and updated AV program or a free online check at HouseCall_AV and then check for Spyware/ADware that could
be causing conflicts using ADAware_Lavasoft.nu,
just to make sure your machine is clean. These type of problems can cause conflicts
with other programs.
