program called A-spy is awesome 4 identifying bootup programs, and it's free...  
love it, use it, very good.

Couldn't you just use REGEDIT and not fill your PC with tonnes of extra programs (which is usually the cause of breakdowns) You may want to have a look, it can o most of the stuff people want.
