Stopping ToolTips

Is there a way of stopping the ToolTips on the cursor? And I mean all of them. All TweakUI and X-Setup do is a very small portion of them. All they do for me is to cover up all or part of what I am trying to read. Dale

Move the MOUSE Cursor out of the way into an area where there are no icons

Easy enough, but I want to eliminate them. They are useless and they annoy me.

To turn off the pop up tool tips go to Control Panel>Folder Options>View Tab. In the Advanced Settings look for "Show pop up description of folders and desktop items" and removed the check. This does not turn off the pop ups for task bar, but removes the ones that tend to get in the way on folders.
