This only happens when you start I.E.? Try repairing it and see whether that helps.
Goto Start - Settings - Control Panel
Double click the Add-Remove applet, then scroll down to I.E. and highlight it, then
choose Add/remove. A window will open....tick the Repair option. When it's completed,
you'll be prompted to reboot.
If you get a message that it cannot be repaired, redownload and install. Then run
the repair afterwards.
