Oh no!! ....is all I can say to that. It's a MUST to get instructions on manually
uninstalling McAfee, and especially before installing another AV program. Btw, Norton
Utilities itself is bad news.
You need to go to McAfee's site and locate instructions on the correct version you
had installed, PLUS for your version Windows. It requires editing the registry, and
there'll be pages of tedious instr. to follow. If you're a novice, I suggest you
get someone to do this for you. If you don't take care of this, you may have no other
choice but to format your hard drive! It's that important and can cause that big
of a problem.
