two ways to do this, if it is the windows login, put in a new username and no password and click ok you will never get it again if it is for networking, open control panel, open network, click the click for microsfot networks then from the drop down choose windows login. Windows will install drivers and prompt you to reboot

Ctrl. Panel >Network applet
Primary Network Login > Windows Logon

Password Properties
Check > All users of this PC use the same preferences and desktop settings.

Remove Passwords:
Go to C:\Windows
Delete all .pwl files

Go to Run > Sysedit
Open system.ini
Delete all lines under
[Password Lists]

Close and Save changes
