You should make a backup before editing this file. Click START\RUN, type system.ini in the 'Open' box and press enter. This should open the file in NotePad. Drill down to the line Shell=Explorer.exe openme.exe. Now edit the line to read Shell=Explorer.exe. After you've made the change, click 'Save' on the 'File' menu. Exit NotePad and reboot. The way it sounds, to me anyway, is that you have to delete that in the registry. I was reading some threads, and I guess there could be even more to it than that!
