After installing my 512 ram and booting up I recieve a "windows protection error. system halted. you must restart your computer" blue screen error. It allows me to go into safe mode and it will show that the ram is the correct size but it will still not get passed that windows protection error screen. I've done the trouble shooting methods in the msconfig but I still cannot get passed this screen. can anyone help me out with this frustrating situation?
