Solution to Windows ME Start Menu problems

Firstly, I found that changing the last occurrence of the word Start wasn't enough
for WinME; so I changed every occurrence, and it worked.

Secondly, you can't overwrite the explorer.exe file in the Windows folder whilst
WinME is up and running, because unlike Win98 the OS uses pseudo-DOS and not real
mode DOS, and it doesn't like you messing around with system files!

Instead, do all the editing and save the modified file somewhere, and then reboot
using a WinME startup disk to enter real mode DOS. Then move the modified explorer.exe
file into the Windows folder (thus overwriting the original). Remove the startup
disk, reboot and voila.
