I have a question about How do I make the background of desktop icon text transparent?:

I went and did this and now I want undo the damage. how do I get rid of it? it seems to have slowed the loading of my computer..... help!!!

You'll have to undo, whatever it was you did. If you installed a program, uninstall it. We have no way of knowing what procedure you took either....
