Vector Graphic Rendering

My PC is AMD Duron 1400+ 128MB. When viewing some web page it requested to download
Vector Graphic Rendering (VML).
After VML downloaded, the PC failed to install the download.
Tried Microsoft IE install and chose VML. Also the same, namely, download successful,
but installation failed.
Would you kindly give me some advice ?

The Vector Markup Language install has given problems before. I suggest that it might
be better to download IE6.0 SP1 into a folder as a complete download. Remove your
current IE with IERadicator, riun scandisk and defrag and then re-install IE6.0 SP1
and add ALL of the necessary up-dates.
See the link on this below.

I also keep getting asked to download Vector Graphic Rendering and haven't a clue
what it means or what to do about it. It is a message that has recently appeared
on my computer. Tell me in layman's terms what I should do. Many thanks
