If this is true, all you should need to do is resize one and then close it and it will save your settings. Don't know if this actually works, but it should in theory. If that doesn't work, download Xteq X-setup from xteq.com and use the Internet>Internet Explorer>Appearance>Window size plugin to change it manually. By the way, that program has a lot of other good tweaks for windows and a few other programs as well. Resize that window by dragging the edges until it's the size you want. Close the first window. Then close the second window by clicking File, Close. IE should now remember this new window size.
