I'm having problems with msn messenger what do i do? it tells me my sign-in name does not exist or my password is incorrect. it also tells me something else with a number at the end of it with x's and 8's and 0's. someone please help me.

we will need a little more information to solve this problem. First and foremost make sure CapsLock isn;t on, msn passwords are case sensitive. Does the internet work>? It sounds like either your internet is down, or the msn port is blocked. If you have a firewall Shut it down temporarily and see if that is the problem.

well msn and the hotmail site sometimes won't let us sign in for some odd reason. we are connected properly. it's the same prob a few other ppl had. and the caps isn't on. how do i check the firewall thing? it was working fine last week and then it just wasn't.
