cd player from win 98 for win me?

is there a way of been able to have win 98 cd player in me as media player 7 takes
up 2 many resources when i am on the net (slows things down) and want to listen to
a cd at the same time. thanks in advace MJ

Windows ME already has cdplayer. Start > Programs > Accessories > Entertainment >
CDPlayer.

i have not got at on mine i have done a search can not find it is there some place
i can download it from. MJ

Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Windows Setup > double click
Multimedia place a checkmark beside CD Player.

If all you need is to listen to a CD there is a nice, small free program available
called Jet Audio Player.

One of the most popular players is Winamp which is also free and will play MP3's
as well:
