I have a question about Customize Context Menus:

How can I remove a link off of the right click menu when clicking on a webpage or webviewer such as internet explorer? Thanks to anyone who replies!

The item on the menu brings me to a website.

You will have to uninstall the program that put it there. Check in the Control Panel, Add/Remove programs and see if there is an application that added that web site. Else search the Start Menu programs for it and find its uninstall program.

If you can't find it, then it may be an Spyware_AD-ware program or some junk like from KaAaA. So OPEN CWshredder.exe , close all windows including IE and run it. Then reboot.

Next try AD-Aware_v6.

I had tried ad-ware already and I just tried that shredder thing, and it is still there. I had accidently downloaded it off one of those gray boxes that appear when you enter a website, if that helps.

I wondered whether or not I could solve this through the registry editor as well? There are so many files though and I see none that pertain to the weblink.

This could be waaaay late to answer this, but you might want to check out this site for the registry: http://www.jfitz.com/tips/rclick_custom.html
