the exe file is located or the name of it ?
Thanks

Image Preview is not a program you can run. It is a DLL function that is either
called from within a program or started with a RUNDLL32 call DLL command. It does
not have a "File" option that allows you to load different files to view.
For more detail and problems with it see Q272969

In the Micro$oft note, the command that is used to start the DLL (load it into
memory) can be followed by the full path and file name to start it and display that
image.
