Select the "Microsoft Internet Explorer ... and Internet Tools" line, and click Add/Remove button. In the Options screen, select the Repair Internet Explorer option. This will repair all of the Internet Explorer 6, SP1 files that might be corrupted. Reboot the system both before and after doing this Repair. (That might indicate a brower hijacker installed on your system that is routing your requests through their proxyserver. Run CWShredder.exe and AD-Aware_v6 if you have not done so already.) What specific site URL's are you having trouble with?
