This may have happened to you. I had problem about 6 months ago and it took a week of emailing them, but it did get sorted out. Buried in the Yahoo Home page is a way to contact them, it took some clicking around to find it. I've tried it on a couple of computers and couldn't get on. The first day I was able to get my mail, but, not since last night.
